Hello,

I have multi ring setup on my OOMA and it's call forward to my cell phone for multi ring. So when someone call the OOMA, my cell phone will also ring. Now, if I turn my cell phone off and I call the ooma, it will go straight to voicemail if I don't have the "Require key press before answering forwarded calls" check. It's this suppose to be normal?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
